The curriculum promotes investigation in a medium or a combination of media (video and still-video), which are appropriate for the student’s chosen path.  Each student will discover a personal direction in his or her work, professionalism as a sports-person, and a lifelong commitment to the sport of golf.  

Educating the golfer as a whole person, as well as recognizing the need for individual specialization and breadth, creates many possibilities. Students can choose an emphasis in one area:

ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
Associates Degree of Science in Sports Management
LASU offers a two-academic-year associate degree program on Sports Management. This degree program covers Sports Marketing, Sports Coaching, Sports Health, Sports Journalism, Sports Broadcasting, Personal Training & Fitness, Recreation Management, Golf Management, Sports and Special Education, Sports Facility & Personal Security Management, etc.
Associate Degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management
LASU offers a two-academic-year associate degree program with an emphasis on Golf Management. The schedule is comprised of classroom instruction, golf instruction, tournaments, open play, and practice. The curricula include open play and tournament rounds every week and a comprehensive driving range package for student practice.
Master of Science in Sports Management
LASU offers MS program with an emphasis on Sports Management, for people interested in expanding their careers in various sports fields.

The two-year Master¡¯s program is designed for those who are interested in pursing a highly successful career in sports industry. Students completing this program will develop an understanding of all functional areas of business, an ability to communicate persuasively, a capacity for effective economic analysis, and a global perspective.
